[Loeb] Derwin Sisnett Loeb ‘23

“Neighborhoods across the US are fractured by design. If we continue to address the need for schools, affordable housing, health and wellness programs, and workforce assets and silos, the problem will only persist.”

Derwin Sisnett, a real estate developer and social entrepreneur, is dedicated to creating holistic communities that meet all basic needs, inspired by his passion for jigsaw puzzles and his experiences in tough neighborhoods. He has already developed a successful network of schools and integrated affordable housing and health and wellness facilities, and he now aims to expand these efforts to create holistic ecosystems with large-scale US and global impact.
